Refund policy

[Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations]

We do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped.
Exchanges will only be made if the product is defective.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after placing the order.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if there is a defect or incorrect shipment.

[Return Shipping Costs]

For defective products, we will cover the shipping cost. For all other cases, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
