As a student, I was a member of the baseball team, but I was the smallest player throughout my three years in high school. My size often put me at a disadvantage, and I struggled with it.

Growth is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If there are ways to support it through proper nutrition during this crucial period, I don't want children to miss out.
